Mike Dungan has announced that Dungan-Dunnington Custom Homes has been selected to build their Villa style patio homes in the Trails of Saddle Creek in Washington Township. This new upscale subdivision on Clyo Road will have a clubhouse, swimming pool and walking trails.

The Dungan-Dunnington product will be a great fit for the “empty nester” who is downsizing and desires to remain in the Washington Township area. The patio homes offered will be from 1800 to 2600 square feet and will be priced from $380,000 including lot. Construction of the new model home will begin in mid-May.
