<p>The <em>Dungan-Dunnington</em> product will be a great fit for the &#8220;empty nester&#8221; who is downsizing and desires to remain in the Washington Township area. The <strong>patio homes</strong> offered will be from 1800 to 2600 square feet and will be priced from $380,000 including lot. Construction of the new model home will begin in mid-May.</p>
